Eat Well My Friends. Your elder life experience depends on it.
There is so much to this meal, but it's also simply, the best sourced ingredients I can find. That's my diet, and my health insurance.
- Fresh caught, filet frozen right off the boat, family fisherman, line caught salmon, direct shipped from Alaska. One of his daughters lives down the street from us. There is no fishy smell or flavor, even in the skin, only the light hint of natural sea you get from fresh fish. Only in season.
- All salad vegetables, including ferments, from our local farmers market I helped start five years ago to make sure our community was well connected and had better access to our small local farmers and food makers.
- homemade pesto - organic greens & herbs, local olive oil, nuts & seeds from a regional organic dry goods distributor, and the lemons from our yard.
Better than high end restaurant food, and no needed fillers for flavor.
Start with just one or two ingredients and build from there.
