When a customer tips us nearly the amount OF the invoice's total, it leaves us speechless! A very moved and grateful speechless ... but without proper words to convey the exact feelings we are feeling. Wow .... just WOW!!!

What an honor: Over the past 12 years, we've had the opportunity to help one particular customer with a total of 14 orders! He really believes in us, and that feels OH so good.

One of the things we are grateful for?? ... we received an order today from a new customer. Since this has been our slowest Christmas season in the past 17 years, it really matters! ❤ (So, thank you, 'Sunny' for finding us ... AND for choosing us over the mega company "iMemories". She is the second person to make this choice, in these past two weeks!)

Fun -- While we appreciate any type of accent, when we have a chance to speak with our customers from the Carolinas (and Texas, too) it's such a treat! :) (And let's not forget to mention the entire upper East Coast)
