Last week 40 high school students from Oxnard School District got to come to our farm for a day full of fun thanks to 🌱
Together we explored composting, agroforestry, animals, fruit trees, and what it means to learn directly from the land. The students picked fruit, tasted jam, met the goats, and brought so much curiosity and excitement to the farm.
Thank you to the Ventura County Farm to School team and everyone who helped make this such a meaningful day.
We’re grateful for opportunities to share hands-on learning around agriculture, gardening, nutrition, and care for the land with the next generation.

Upcoming Natural Building workshop: Saturday and Sunday, July 11th & 12th
Natural building is about using what you have available, and throughout history, all over the world, people build with what they have accessible. There is a wide variety of combinations of materials that work!
Together we will practice the art of building with clay, sand, and straw to create fire resistant and non-toxic structures.
