I am getting a lot of questions as to why Wake Up Sense is pulling off of Amazon. Let me be clear, we are NOT pulling 100% off Amazon but we are moving to a more holistic and much more comprehensive main Wake Up Sense site (soon to be completely updated and rebranded) for a more advantageous customer experience of buying products and staying in stock. We will also be offering an auto ship for your favorite products at a discount.

In the end, there are just too many "grey" areas of Amazon shipping and when I started this company I vowed to never to get too big that customer's suffered with lack of customer service.
