👩🏽‍💼 Accounts Receivable Admin

This job will require you to create invoices for customers in a timely manner. Scan & email documents to each customer. Input documents electronically through OpenInvoice & Ariba. You will also be answering phone calls periodically. Must be able to work from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with 1 hour lunch break.

✨ Must have experience with Word, Excel & Adobe

✨ At least 2 years of experience with accounting

✨ Typing speed 40 WPM

✨ 21 years or older

✨ We offer Health Insurance through United Healthcare, Life Insurance & Short-term disability with Aflac after 90 days
