Plate Roll Operator:

The roll operator operates a rolling machine used to bend metal plates adhering to specific blueprints, templates, and their knowledge in geometry. The plate roll operator is responsible for the rolling of material as part of the overall manufacturing process. Experience in welding CNC programming and overhead crane operation strongly preferred.
• Check plate edge prepping and square.
• Use blueprints to proactively identify parameters to form a job.
• Adjust equipment settings according to different material and how the take pressures.
• Use roll machines to roll cans, understanding the pinch pressure process.
