What are some of the most creepy places you've been in the Permian Basin / West Texas region?

This is a local allegedly haunted spot. I have heard of several regional teams and paranormal wanna be's entering/photographing/investigating the property, all the while there are several No Trespassing signs clearly displayed around the property. I have for many years wanted our team to investigate this location as I have familial ties to the buildings past, however, I refuse to enter clearly marked private property without owners consent. Individuals illegally obtaining access make those of us who are legitimately trying to investigate under respectful terms look bad. I only hope that the individuals caught on tape do not belong to the local para-community.
