Compass Pediatrics will be closed Monday 5/26/25 in observance of Memorial Day. We hope you all have a safe holiday weekend 🇺🇸

As previously shared, Compass Pediatrics will be closing on May 31, 2025. Starting June 2, 2025, our providers will be joining Plum Pediatrics, located on the West side of Midland, Texas.

We would love the opportunity to continue caring for your children at our new location. If you haven’t already, we invite you to register with Plum Pediatrics. After registration, our combined team will reach out with a consent form to facilitate the transfer of your medical records. Please use the following link to register your children for transfer:

If you have already completed your registration with Plum Pediatrics, please be sure to check your email for the HIPAA consent form. This form must be signed and returned to Compass Pediatrics to complete the transfer of your child(ren)’s medical records.

If you have signed the HIPAA consent form in-office at Compass Pediatrics but have not yet completed the registration process with Plum, please note that registration is also required to finalize the patient transition.
