In my case I have a full time job in the hospital and at the same time running my restaurant! I was the cook, payroll, accountant, bookkeeper, inventory, server ordering supplies, financier, dishwasher, repairs, runner when supplies were out.

Those customers that had more orders and demands are the ones that never give tips. Some of the people who you know that are going to support you are not. Some people that you know, are complaining about your prices, service and food spreading negativity to others, and gossip.

Before you get angry and give a review to a small businesses, please make sure to let the manager or server know first. Your one time review could cause the business to fail and close down.

After the business is closed there’s still bills left to pay for sales taxes, utility bills and loans. It’s not a joke!
