Fire place is going in at our Oconomowoc Residence 🥳

All of the steel work is completed on the River Hills Project! Carpenters have moved out to framing out the steel girders with their header members, so they can set the I joist into that wood framing. Carpenters also framed out the roof over hang on the master bedroom side of the house, they have built second floor closet over the garage roof area. 🥳🥳

Progress photos of the rough framing! We did have a mechanical walk with our Plumber and HVAC contractors today. We have cut in the roof penetrations needed in preparation for the roofers to be starting tomorrow. 🥳🥳
