Dynamic Property Management is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Maintenance Technician. We manage residential properties throughout the Milwaukee and Lake Country areas and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

✔ General property repairs and maintenance
✔ Drywall repair and painting
✔ Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting (basic repairs)
✔ Door, lock, and hardware installation/repair
✔ Appliance diagnostics and minor repairs
✔ Turnover and make-ready work between tenants
✔ Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Previous handyman, maintenance, or construction experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Own basic tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide professional and courteous service to residents
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance calls when needed
