The idea behind this was to approach it like a film scene, showing the intensity and fast-paced nature of service.
The whole Matsu team were incredible to capture.

To say it was a vibe would be an understatement 🥂🍾🎥

A look inside the rhythm of

I wanted to empathize each scene with its own weight!

They way I approach every restaurant service, I study the flow first. Where their stations are, how quick they move, where their eyes are looking. Within minutes, I start understanding the kitchen flow and that’s when I start shooting.
