Idk why I never posted this considering I finished my treatment over a month ago. I will say though is legit the BEST investment I ever made. Not only does it force you into a great hygiene routine and look better than braces (which I had for 2 and half years in middle to high school) but it works SO much faster and far greater. This is a PSA to anyone thinking about getting Invisalign... DO ITTTTT!

Also, if you are trying to lose weight, Invisalign is the way to go. There was many instances where I was to lazy to take them out so I just didn’t eat. 🙃

Just because this picture is cute or whateva. As much as you irritate my soul when you don’t listen and you act like a little s**t that all of a sudden forgets the English language, you still cute, sometimes. .thehusky

(After 150lbs vs Before 140lbs) *LONG POST* I've been doing crossfit now for almost 3 years, and started at 24 hour fitness before that with barely any idea how to workout or even what to do. I always had in my mind that I needed to gain weight first before I ever went to the gym to turn that weight into muscle (very stupid btw). So I sucked it up started going to 24 hour with my weight at 110 lbs. I literally was a disgusting ugly twig and HATED the way I looked. After a couple months at 24 hour I started putting on a little weight but nothing significant to make me happy, then in March 2017 I joined just as a test run to see if I would like it and literally ended up loving it after day 1. Everyone is there to be a stronger, better version of themselves and the motivation & support behind you is insane. Anyways back to being skinny & ugly, joining crossfit I was roughly 122 lbs when I started. Within a year I hit 133, next year after that 140. So weight started coming on just pure muscle weight so it was VERY slow. A couple months ago I thought, "Maybe I should stop crossfit just stick to power/oly lifting since I'm not gaining weight like I want to." Luckily popped out of thin air on some nutrition genie s**t and answered my prayers. Sat down and talked to him (Novemeber 2019) about my situation and health problems (Hyperactive thyroid) and how much of a struggle it is to gain weight for me. Fast forward to today with a great nutrition coach I have gained 10 lbs in 3 months (currently 150lbs). Confidence has gone way up, strength & PRs have been massive, and overall liking my body more and more with each pound I gain. My goal is 160 lbs just to see how my body would look and where the weight distributes and then I'll go up or stay around there. So to end if off a HUGE thank you to & every single person that I have come across I'm becoming a better version of myself thanks to you 😊
