Thammasat (77kg) with a good save on his final sn**ch at 78kg (172lbs). This was his first meet and he went 5/6 only missing his last clean and jerk and totaling 179.

During the Sacramento adventure, got to drop into DELTA Weightlifting. Lifted with and under the watchful eye of . Thanks for having us. If your ever in Sac, the environment, attitude and experience in this gym can't be beat. Looking forward to seeing how their team does at universities and AO.

Ruslan "The tounge" Nuridonov wins Gold in the 105kg class with a 194/237 for a 431 total which is only 1kg off from his 2014 worlds performance. Great session and glad to see him win as he is another favorite of mine. Would have been good to see him and Ilya battle it out but, what happened happened.
