A aluminum strand wire has come loose from its connection with the circuit breaker. Sheathing is scorched as well indicating this wire must have expanded and contracted with heat and is now creating a fire hazard.
Recommendation is to always have aluminum strand wiring coated with anti oxidant paste to help prevent these types of situations.

Nice wiring in the attic space. Any spliced NM wiring should be enclosed in a junction box and not taped but wire lugged.
