Wow! 8 years ago I really wanted to go into acting. This is in fact one of many head & body shots that my lovely cousin took of me to help me out.

8 years later I am a massage therapist, reiki healer, and beginning the journey of diving deeper into the realm of sound and connecting into my authentic voice.

Back then I was a people pleaser and didn’t fully grasp on how to live my life for me and didn’t know how to truly love myself.

It was the very beginning of my healing & spiritual journey where I was simply curious but not sure where exactly I fit in.

Fast forward to now and so much has changed! I am so grateful this version of me gave me a chance to thrive simply by getting curious and wanting to change my life… even though She didn’t know how it would all unfold.

We are not meant to stay stuck, hiding from ourselves, bypassing, or ignoring the parts of us that want to grow, heal, and evolve.

We are meant to learn and grow during the years of our lives. This doesn’t stop at age 18. This is ever-going.

Always relearning, or in my case, unlearning all the things that didn’t feel correct or right for me anymore. It took challenging myself and stepping out of my comfort zone numerous times and doing things differently in order to see the change I so desperately craved back then.

Of course i didn’t realize how different my life would become because of it or how much love and acceptance I would have and feel towards myself and my life’s journey.

If I had to go back, I wouldn’t change a damn thing. I am so freaking proud of myself for everything that I went through that helped me grow & heal spiritually, mentally, and emotionally!

So if you’re feeling like you want this kind of change (and transformation) in your own life…..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

"I believe that you can find absolute contentment with where you are in your life while simultaneously trusting your desire to create something different. I use the word “different” intentionally here. Words hold power. When we seek “more” or “better”, were energetically communicating that who we are right now & what we have right now isn’t quite enough. We are playing out the perpetual cycles of lack. We are looping on scarcity. The “I am not enough” & “where I am isn’t good enough” & “what I have isn’t enough” is a heavy experience that strips you of your joy.

"I’ve learned through many experiences that nothing achieved externally ever shifts the core energetic frequency of lack. It’s an inward game. You can make more money. But if you’re still looping on scarcity, it won’t ever feel like enough for you. You can lose the 5-10 pounds your ego is telling you that you need to lose in order to REALLY love your body. But if you are storing shame inside of your cells around your body, you will continue to feel as though you have another 5 lbs to go. You can be surrounded by people who love & support you. But if you don’t believe you’re supported deep down, you’ll keep focusing on the few people who are judging you or judged you in the past.

"You don’t need to fix anything else about yourself. Where you are truly is perfect. You are learning your lessons. You have everything inside of yourself to create a more empowering, different reality if you so choose to. Stay present. Hold space for all of you. And intentionally take the time every single day to connect to that space within of pure abundance — the part of you that feels whole, worthy, lovable, & completely enough. There’s nothing more true than that feeling."
