For the fifth consecutive year, National CORE was named a LEED Homes Power Builder by the United States Green Building Council. National CORE is the only nonprofit on the list and just one of six to receive the title for five or more years. 17 National CORE developments with 1,396 apartment homes have earned LEED certifications. Sixteen more are in development, and all are anticipated to achieve LEED Homes Gold certification or higher.
