Healing Souls Rescue
12/13/2024
I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted here, but rescue has always been a part of my heart, no matter where life has taken me. Since moving to Hawaii for college, I’ve had to put my rescue efforts on hold, but yesterday reminded me that this calling never really leaves you.
I came across an incredibly sick and suffering stray cat who desperately needed help. Even without the resources I once had back home, I couldn’t turn away. I took him in and brought him to the vet, where we ran bloodwork and explored every possible option. Sadly, his illnesses were too severe to overcome.
With a heavy heart, I made the decision to let him go peacefully. He passed away in my arms, surrounded by love and compassion in his final moments. While it wasn’t the outcome I had hoped for, I’m grateful that he didn’t have to face the end alone or in pain.
Even though my rescue efforts have been quieter these past few years, moments like this remind me why I started in the first place. I needed to tell his story because even though his time with me was brief, he left such an impression on me. He never truly had anyone to care for him, yet in his final moments he allowed himself to be loved.
Thank you, Phoenix, for reminding me of the power of compassion to transform even the hardest moments. Though your time here was short, your spirit will not be forgotten. 🧡

Rescued✨🧚🏼♂️🤍
Late last night we were able to rescue this sweet and handsome boy from being slaughtered.
A former classmate from highschool contacted me after his family was planning on killing one of their roosters and eating him for dinner. My friend felt the rooster deserved to live because he was so tame and sweet. He remembered that I rescued animals and so he reached out to me! (Thank you Carlos!)
Today we dropped off “Cluck Norris” at his new home at ! They are an amazing 501(c)(3) focused on rescuing livestock animals. They are currently working on expanding so that they will be able to take in more animals who are in need! Please support them for all the hard work they do by giving them a follow, and donating if you are in a position to do so!

✨☪️ADOPTED☪️✨
Bailey was rescued off the streets of Mexico. She had been abandoned, severely neglected and we suspect abused. We teamed up with our friends at and we’re able to cross her over the boarder into the US where she had a better chance at finding her furrever home.
She was extremely shy, timid, and was terrified of absolutely everything. But , with lots of TLC, her personality began to shine through and she started to slowly trust humans again.
She was happily adopted by a wonderful family who gives her all the attention and love she deserves. The last three pictures are her at her new home!
We are so happy for this sweet girl!

As Taliban takes over Afghanistan, the staff at Nowzad animal rescue shelter in Kabul are now in immediate danger!!!
The founder of Nowzad, Pen Farthing (ex british commander) is begging UK government to offer asylum to his staff and their families. He is refusing to return to UK alone and leaving everyone behind.
Operation Ark has now been launched and they have leas then 72 hours to raise $200K to charter an aircraft to pick up their 98 dogs, 89 cats, as well as their staff and families to safety. These people have dedicated their lives to rescuing sick, injured and abandoned animals and deserve to get to safety!
They desperatly need our help by raising awareness and donating if you are in a position to do so. They have crates for all the animals ready to go. We need to make this happen!!!

Hi everyone💌 Long time no see!

As most of you know who have been following me for quite some time, I started Happy Hooves Rescue when I was 14 years old - I’m now 19. Over the past 5 years we’ve grown so much as an organization and have been able to save hundreds of lives and work alongside so many wonderful sanctuaries and rescues. I’ve learned so much on this journey from huge successes i’ve had to huge failures. As i’m sure you’ve realized, i’ve been gone for quite a while...The past two years I took time away to find myself, heal, and grow as a person. I was struggling a lot in my personal life and that time away was really beneficial for my health but also left me feeling really lost and discouraged about what path to take. Last year my grandma who had been struggling for a while passed away, and just this past October, my best friend Jada was killed. She was a huge part of my family, & it still doesn’t feel real... I’m learning how to cope everyday. These past few months have been the hardest times i’ve ever faced. But, despite everything, my soul sister Jada inspired and motivated me to continue on my soul purpose of saving lives and raising awareness on issues close to my heart. She’s the reason I am where I am today- physically , mentally and spiritually. I was hesitant about coming back to this account before everything was ready, but I couldn’t wait much longer to share. I’m so happy to announce that........ we are finally becoming an official Non Profit Organization !! But, with a new name, called Healing Souls Rescue! 🎉🥳🧚🏼♂️ I can’t wait to share with you all where we are headed and what we have planned for the future! This fresh start is so needed and long overdue. I want to thank all of you for the endless amount of support over the years. Words will never describe how thankful I am for all of you who continue to support me and my mission... So much is coming, so stay tuned for updates! I’m excited for the first time in a long time. 🤍
