Proud to have my piece, "Risqué Woman," featured in 's 6th Annual juried group show, "Blackout." Opening Reception + Open Studios tonight from 4-7 PM, with the show running Nov 8 - Dec 5.

How long did it take you to notice her head was missing? My work challenges the notion of what is appropriate by photographing lifelike, n**e toys posed to confront and subvert expectations. This series explores the uncomfortable tension between the objectification of the human body and societal assumptions about who plays with toys, and why.
