Office Administrator / Manager:

Kitchen Fancy is seeking an Office Administrator / Manager for a full-time position in West Ocean City, MD.

Job Responsibilities include:

-Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook

-Proper email correspondence etiquette

-Placing orders for construction materials such as flooring, tile, plumbing supplies, cabinetry and other related construction materials

-Customer, Subcontractor and Sales Rep communications

-Writing Contracts for customers and subcontractors

-Work with the Kitchen Designer in all aspects including scheduling customer meetings, scheduling contractors, and job costing

-Responsible for applying for building permits

-Taking leads and following up on leads daily

-Maintaining showroom products

- Organizational skills are a must.

Pay is based on experience.
