Jiu Jitsu helps kids stay calm under pressure, improve discipline, and develop problem-solving skills. It also builds self-esteem and respect for others, empowering them to handle difficult situations safely and responsibly.
Robert you are an extremely strong guy mentally physically and your heart and soul are immense I’m so proud of you
Not to much people take an MMA fight with just one week for the preparation and with an opponent 11 years younger than you these aren’t excuses it’s the reality but your determination got you in the cage
