Update to everyone! Fruits by David is coming back soon (no specific date yet) , I’m currently working on making a permanent spot to include a full selection of fruit and vegetables, hot food, drinks / smoothies / coconut water, and a shaded seating area! Getting surveys done and then moving forward, unfortunately the construction won’t be finished until near the end of the year or at least not for the opening of fruit season.

I will be setting up the tent and table in front of the future location I will be at (stay tuned for the address , it will be in Marion oaks about 1 min away from the previous location!)

I ended up investing in a service company to try and help a friend out (who you might’ve seen at the stand) and that did not go as planned, so I’m currently taking care of that business until its self-sufficient, all while planning the fruit stand / island barbecue/ smoothie spot!

The bottom-line is everything is the works, and all your messages have not been ignored! Thank you to all the loyal supporters from the last couple years, your patronage is valued! Adding infrastructure allows for an environment where I can hire help and ensure a smooth experience for every customer in the years to come, I appreciate your patience as I’m getting everything together the right way!

About 40-50lbs of quenepas left!

Just wanted to give everyone an update !
It was an amazing year for me with the fruit stand! I’ve met bunch of new people and continued to serve those I met last year when I first started! I have a vision for the future, to ultimately give everyone of you loyal patrons a better overall experience!

Already in the planning stage, and setting up the proper channels for funding! Going to build out a fruit stand / full produce section , along with fresh coffee, a few basic (but 100% natural) smoothies, a regular coconut supply , and food (will be a set menu [2-3 home-style cooked meals, a small vegan selection along with experimental recipes on weekends).

The fruit stand will be inside and ac controlled (no more heat waves and rain affecting business hours)

I’ll also be trying out a sourdough-based bakery section, plant nursery, late night group fruit tastings (specifically for multiple mangos varieties)

It’s already in the making, going to clear the lot myself when it gets much cooler !
