Invictum Strength & Performance

I’ve been away for a while, but for good reasons! My son was born, the gym has been running full steam, and there just wasn’t the time or energy to keep up with social media content.

But I’m back, full of energy, and I’ve got a lot to share.

Going forward you can expect content around strength & conditioning, strongman, the conjugate method, and general health and fitness information. All filtered through the lens of someone who’s coaching, running a business, competing, and figuring out parenthood at the same time.

I’m also proud to be working as an affiliate coach alongside through the JHEPC Coaching Collective. Go give him and the other coaches of the collective a follow if you haven’t already.
