Slowing Down

Trying very hard to change habits and relax amidst chaos. Enjoying the sunrise with coffee while ignoring the mess on the patio, and let’s not even talk about the after-Christmas disaster inside.

I actually am quite limited, thank you very much, and am working to maintain those limits. This saying didn’t sit well when I needed a quick boost to finish my afternoon! Limits and boundaries are good things!
