Clients are the bread and butter to any company. Businesses should find ways to appreciate, retain and strategically drive additional revenue through current consumers, and identify and cultivate new clients. ⁠

Saying “thank you” goes a LONG way and developing efficient processes for a consumer experience is critical to building trust and ultimately having happy customers. 🥰⁠

Finding ways to provide touch points and individualized communications to your clients is a great way to continue building a relationship. Invitations to open houses or events that your company is sponsoring, birthday cards, or educational blogs are great examples of low-cost engagement ideas. 💡 ⁠
