Marion Tree is hiring and looking for an experienced individual with all aspects of tree work. Must have experience running bucket truck, man lifts, spider lifts, and basic skid steer equipment.

Requirements:
• Bucket truck/Lift operating experience
• Efficient with chainsaws
• Trimming and Removal experience
• Drug free with clean drivers license
• CDL is a plus but not required
• Pride in your work with good customer service

Pay is based on experience and skill. Monday through Friday with some weekend work when necessary. Plenty of work on the schedule through winter time.

Marion Tree is looking to hire an Operations/Sales manager for our crews. This position is full time, Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for sales, operations of crew, and dispatching equipment to jobs.

Sales: The sales portion of this job include calling back leads, scheduling appointments for estimates, giving written estimates to customers, working with office staff to organize and track estimates/invoices, etc.

Operations: You will also be responsible for giving the crew/crews their job sheets every morning, getting them started on their day. You will also be responsible for checking in on crews throughout day to make sure jobs are being complete to our standards.

You will be provided with a cell phone, company truck, and paid training before you start on your own.
