📌 Part-Time Office Position Available
A local tax and bookkeeping office in Ocala is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to help with administrative and data entry tasks.
Schedule:
✅ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
✅ 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
✅ In-office position
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, helping clients, and working in a small professional office setting.
Duties Include:
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Scheduling appointments
• Scanning, copying, and filing documents
• Maintaining client records across internal software systems
• Organizing emails
• Keeping client files organized
• Tracking documents
• Helping keep office workflows moving smoothly
• Assisting with tasks assigned by office staff as needed
• Keeping track of office supplies
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Experience in a tax, bookkeeping, or office setting is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers, able to follow directions, friendly yet professional with clients, and able to handle confidential client information appropriately.
