Team Foster Racing
team foster had a busy weekend Scott raced his stock car at Antioch on Friday for night 1 of the bowers memorial. Scott was fighting issues from the start with the motor not running correctly and with double heat races and passing points to line up the main somehow Scott was able to gain enough points to roll off 9th out of 13 on a hammer down track and finished 9th after getting drove thru coming to the checkered.
Saturday the team woke up early to unload the stock car and load up Caydens mini late model for his last points race of the season at Merced . Cayden won his heat.after winning the heat that put him on the pole for the main Cayden was leading the main when he broke the sprocket on his motor ending his night early and the track championship.

Been a while since we updated the team unfortunately didn’t make the trip to super nationals. But the team took Scott’s stock car to Antioch speedway this passed weekend where it was hall of fame night. Scott was fighting the car in hot laps and his heat. After the heat the team made a few minor changes to help. Scott rolled off 6th in the main and finished 5th after having a motor let go. The team got to work Sunday pulling the hurt motor out and putting Scott’s spare motor in for the final points night at Antioch this Saturday. Scott is still leading state points in the stock car.

Team Foster’s has been hard at work on preparation for boon super nationals. They went down to Vanhoff racing for a new look on Scott’s IMCA stock car for Boone super nationals. Next up a new wrap
Team Foster took the weekend off to prepare Scott’s IMCA stock car for super nationals at the end of the month. And do some maintenance on Cayden’s sharp mini late model for his action packed weekend next weekend as he will be making his debut at ocean speedway on Friday night as they welcome the minis down there. And Saturday he we be back in action at the Merced Speedway.

If anyone is interested in helping either car out anything helps.
This past Saturday the team made the trip to Antioch speedway for fan appreciation night with Scott’s stock car. Ten stock cars checked in for the nights action. Scott struggled in hot laps with a slimy track and his heat race Scott elected to drop to the rear with an ill handling car he wasn’t sure what would happen after hot laps . He made a few changes to the car before the main. Main event rolled around he was supposed to roll off from P3 but went to the back to save the equipment for Boone and ended up driving thru the field and finished 4th on the night.
Couldn’t make any of the possible with out the great support that backs us every week

Team foster made the trip to Merced speedway this past weekend with both Scott’s IMCA stock car and Cayden’s mini late model.
Cayden drew a 87 and with 4 minis checked in put him started 4th in his heat race.
Cayden missed hot laps unfortunately with the schedule being stock cars and minis back to back.
Heat race time rolled around for Cayden and he had a good start but with a technical track and him not having the seat time on tracks like that he had his struggles spinning out twice and finishing 3rd.
Main event had Cayden rolling off once again from 4th and with the track even more technical than his heat race he had a little struggle once again with trying to get the car to stay planted to the track and not spin out which he did once. Towards the end of the race his brakes started to stick which was not good but luckily he was able to pull off a 3rd place finish in the Main
Scott drew a 86 which didn’t mater due to them lining up off point which put him starting pole of his heat race
Hot laps Scott felt comfortable with the changes they had made on his car from the past weekend. And left his car alone for the heat race.
Heat race Scott elected to drop to the rear to save the car for Boone super nationals in September since there was only 5 cars. Scott was up to third when he got collected by someone else that had spun and got hit hard on the right rear. Scott made a trip to the hot pit to have his crew look over the damage to make sure he was ok to continue which he was and came back out to finish third in his heat.
Main even time rolled around and once again Scott was supposed to roll from the pole but elected to drop to the rear again and they went 20 laps green two wide racing for 16 laps where Scott was stuck in third biding his time to make a pass for second which he did and started to reel in the leader but just ran out of time and finished 2nd which was good.
