The cooler, rainy weather made me want something warm and savory this morning, and KD’s Savory Buckwheat & Amaranth Porridge
didn’t disappoint.
This porridge is made from two delicious, gluten-free grains, buckwheat & amaranth (high in iron!), cooked in our homemade chicken bone broth and mixed with a hearty combo of bacon, mushrooms and braised dandelion greens. With the added 2 eggs, this breakfast is ~24 g of protein. I’m feeling really good after eating it, I have to say. 💯
