The Ever Forward Club
A mother is playing “bodega” with her kids in the kitchen.
At first glance, it looks like a simple, playful moment. But underneath it, something much more intentional is happening.
She is teaching life skills.
How to communicate clearly. How to interact with others. How to show respect. How to handle basic transactions and navigate real-world situations.
And she is doing it in a way that feels natural, not forced.
This is how learning sticks.
Not through lectures, but through lived experiences.
Moments like this build confidence, awareness, and social understanding early. They prepare young people for situations they will face outside the home, in environments where these skills are often expected but rarely taught directly.
This is what many young men need more of. Not just guidance in theory, but opportunities to practice real-life skills in safe, supportive environments.
The Young Men’s Conference 2026 is designed to create spaces where these kinds of lessons are reinforced, where young men build confidence, communication skills, and a strong sense of how to move through the world.

This is what you could be seeing every time you open your phone.
Not just content that fills time, but content that actually challenges you, pushes you, and helps you grow.
What you consume every day is shaping you. It influences how you think, how you respond to pressure, and how you see your future.
Most young men are being fed distractions. Content that keeps them entertained but doesn’t move their life forward.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
You can choose what you take in. You can choose to surround yourself with messages that build discipline, self-awareness, and purpose.
That choice matters more than you think.
Because over time, what you consistently consume becomes who you are.
The Young Men’s Conference 2026 is where that shift becomes real. A space where you’re not just watching growth, you’re stepping into it.

The continues to expand globally, with a meaningful activation in São Paulo, Brazil.
Through Tiago Koch and his work of Projeto De Mão Pra Mano and Homem Paterno, a community rooted in care, emotional awareness, and respect brought this experience to life.
Their mission is clear. To build communities of care, to work directly with adolescents in schools and youth spaces, and to create environments where empathy, listening, and connection are prioritized over silence and isolation.
During this activation, 22 masks were created using simple materials. Cardboard and markers became tools for something much deeper.
What emerged was not just individual expression, but a shared truth.
Despite differences in background, culture, and lived experience, participants revealed the same internal struggles. Pressure, self-doubt, and emotions that are often hidden.
This is what makes the work universal.
It shows that what young people carry internally is not isolated. It is shared.
And when that truth is made visible, it creates the foundation for real connection and healing.
This is not just a workshop.
It is part of a global movement.
The Young Men’s Conference 2026 is where this work continues to grow, bringing together these conversations into one space designed for truth, connection, and transformation.

Healing from childhood trauma is one of the hardest things a person can do.
Many young men grow up carrying experiences they never had the tools to process. Pain, absence, or moments that shaped how they see themselves and the world.
Over time, those experiences do not simply disappear. They show up in relationships, in reactions, and in the way someone moves through life.
There is a difficult truth in this process.
What happened may not have been your fault, but healing from it becomes your responsibility.
That responsibility is not a punishment. It is an opportunity.
An opportunity to break patterns, to understand yourself more deeply, and to build a different future.
Healing requires honesty, effort, and the willingness to face discomfort.
But it also creates freedom.
And every young man deserves that.
The Young Men’s Conference 2026 is designed to create spaces where these conversations can happen and where young men can begin that process with support.

At the end of the Taking Off the Mask workshop at East Bay School, something changed.
The intensity didn’t disappear. It turned into something else.
Gratitude.
Students began acknowledging each other. Not surface level. Not polite. Real gratitude. For honesty. For courage. For saying things most people keep buried.
Then they embraced.
No one told them to perform it. No one asked them to make a moment out of it. It happened because the room had already been earned.
A space where there was no judgment. No posturing. No need to be anything other than who they actually are.
This is what becomes possible when the mask comes off.
Not just truth. Connection. Acceptance. Being seen without being corrected.
And once a student experiences that, even once, they know what has been missing the entire time.
That is the line.
Most will go back to environments where that kind of space does not exist.
Unless we build more of them.
That is exactly what the Young Men’s Conference 2026 is.
A room where this level of honesty and acceptance is not a moment. It is the standard.
Where students are met, not managed. Where they are seen, not judged. Where they do not have to earn the right to be real.
Parents, mentors, educators, coaches, this is the work.
