The Port Workspaces Team is growing! If you loved attending (or just hearing about) our last week's Member Social Hour, you have one of our newest teammates to thank: Jenny Wheeler, Member Engagement Manager!

Jenny's here to help amplify the unique community at Port Workspaces through member events and curated experiences. She came to the Port with almost two decades of experience in food education, team building and events. After 7 years of operating her own business, she obtained her Master's in Public Health with a concentration in Behavioral Health. She is excited to create programming and events for the Port that will provide innovative wellness breaks, showcase Oakland food and culture, and help build a thriving, supportive community. You will find her pouring drinks at happy hour, challenging you at Connect 4, and forcing her homemade snacks onto her coworkers. When she's not at work, she's probably in a botanical garden, or scooting around the lake with her daughter.

We're looking forward to all the joys of working with Jenny--from clothing swaps to office snacks! If you see her around, please say hello and share your ideas for programming and events at the Port.
