Hyphae Design Laboratory

Hyphae is looking for a CAD/GIS Mapping Specialist to help weave data and design together.

This person will move rapidly between analytical tools and design tools — one moment running a spatial analysis or terrain model, the next drafting a site plan — and back again.

You’ll be tasked with turning fast-moving design thinking into precise technical documentation, offering insights rooted in data and scientific hypotheses.

In parallel, you’ll help refine our geospatial workflows to be more repeatable and efficient (automating them in whole or in part whenever possible).

In short, you’re the bridge between our creative design ideas and the hard spatial documentation that grounds them.

If you love diving into maps one day and CAD drawings the next, and if the idea of bridging science-driven urban design concepts with rigorous environmental data makes you giddy, we want to meet you.
