Ochazuke soba translates to “green tea–soaked soba,” a traditional dish where hot matcha broth is poured over noodles and served with tempura and asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables).
Photographed as if on assignment at an izakaya in Tokyo — an intimate table, rising steam, and the soft green swirl of matcha and soba.

Behind the scenes on a recent shoot with IHOP 🥞✨
This time, I was behind the camera as Director + DP — and it felt so good to lean into motion again after a season of shooting mostly stills.
Pancakes. French toast. Syrup pours. Syrup fork lifts. First bites.
All food, no talent — just that golden, syrupy, appetite-appeal of IHOP’s menu.
