What an incredible week!
I attended the 43rd Annual National Black MBA Association Conference in Chicago. I networked with inspiring people from across the country, learned invaluable lessons and insights from top executives and speakers. Former NFL Player Michael Vick, R&B Singer Ledisi and Actor Wendell Edward Pierce to name a few. Had the opportunity to dive deep into the organization from a board prospective with NBMBA Chairman Donald W. Comer and President & CEO Joe Handy.
Of course we socialized after dark with rooftop parties and live performance by DJ
D Nice at Solider Field. I had to leave early for an event, but I left feeling empowered and looking forward to a productive year.

What a beautiful day in Napa Valley! I started planning my soror Karen's birthday celebration in 2019. After several postponements we are excited to finally move forward and finalize the celebration details. Safety first, I'm looking forward to bringing her vision to life. .com

What an incredible day! I'm filled with so much emotion, as I reflect on yesterday's in person graduation ceremony where I received my Master's Degree in Meeting and Event Management.
Last week San Diego State University announced students would walk across the stage during graduation.
Even with my off the hook virtual celebration in November 14, 2020, I really wanted to wrap up this educational journey by walking the stage!
I attend two ceremonies, the Payne School of Hospitality graduation on campus and the SDSU overall graduation at Petco Park Stadium.
Being celebrated by my incredible support system, my Mommy, Sister, Grace and family/friends that watched virtually, made my experience extremely special.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Daddy, I know you watched from heaven. We miss and Love you!
