Feeding my inner child with a trip to in LA this weekend was actually life changing 💫

As we exist & persist in the midst of chaos, I am reminded that life is short. Life flows by right before our eyes & we spend so much of life in stress, worry, gossip, and judgement. We spend so much of life trying to fix and change anything and everything we can wrap our mind around — we lose sight of the magic in pure presence & this single breathe.

This weekend was an invitation to be playful and present. It was an invitation to embody childlike curiosity, creativity, and courage. I got to explore and observe my inner and outer worlds through a lense of oneness and love.

What an adventure 💫🍄

to love is to live in harmony with all that exists - the Bhagavad Gita 💫

To love without expectation. To forgive. To surrender to the overflowing of life, drink the sweet nectar of divinity, and become one with all that is.

We get so caught up in the “I.” The ego and mind are protective.. cautionary.. ensuring we are safe at all costs. The creation of the “I” is a part of this.. to prevent us from getting hurt.

We experience trauma and bad experiences and the mind begins creating associations with that experience. Well “I” don’t want this to happen again. “I” know what happens when x, y, z..

A constant flow & circulation. I love you like I love myself- unconditionally.
