Join Amanda this friday night as she leads us through a special 75 minute Essentials class. The same flow, the same arc ... just a little more time to do what we love. More music, more movement, more sweat. Class is open to new and experienced clients, all are welcome.

how to begin … the perfect way to start Sol or continue refining your practice!

Join us as we walk and talk you through the staple moves for the first 30 minutes, with explanation on choreography and technique, and then we’ll put the movements to music, flowing through the routine as you would in a regular sol class.
