We are looking for a full time employee to join our team. This is a janitorial/floor care position. Duties include cleaning bathrooms, work stations, windows, mopping and buffing floors. Must have a clean valid driver's license, be able to speak English ( bilingual is fine) and if not a natural born citizen you must have a work visa and a valid social security card. Hours are usually M-F days with occasional weekends. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person. Due to the nature of our business you will be asked to consent to a background check. Office is located in Posen but will be traveling throughout the south and north suburbs and Chicago. Work vans are provided. Competitive hourly wage.
Must be reliable and conscientious. If you have an abundance of family emergencies, cars that won't start or Monday morning illnesses your services are not needed.

We are looking for a floor technician to work with our existing crews. Experience is helpful but not required. We work at commercial, industrial, retail and residential facilities. We clean and/or restore carpeting, vinyl tile, ceramic, and we clean restrooms and windows. The weekly schedule varies depending on project type, and Saturdays and Sundays may be included in the work week. Applicants must speak English. Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
