Yes, I do in fact cry over spilled coffee. ☕️🥲
Not because of the coffee…
But because it was one more thing on top of a day that already felt full.
Social media has a funny way of making business ownership look glamorous, coffee shop meetings, flexible schedules, and celebrating big wins.
The reality?
It’s carrying too many boxes.
Dropping your coffee.
Answering emails after hours.
Making hard decisions.
Wearing about 27 different hats.
Celebrating the victories while quietly figuring out the next challenge.
And honestly… I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Getting to build something that serves this community, care for incredible families, and live out the calling God has placed on my life is worth every spilled coffee and every messy day.
Here’s to the business owners who are just trying to keep all the boxes (and the coffee) from hitting the floor. 😂💚

Today we are celebrating someone who makes Rise Family Chiropractic a better place every single day.
For nearly 2 years, Hannah has been the welcoming smile that greets you at the front desk, the listening ear when you need encouragement, and a friend who makes everyone feel right at home. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and caring heart are evident in everything she does.
What many people may not realize is that Hannah has a special way of connecting with others. Patients, families, and team members alike are drawn to her genuine joy and the love she shows so freely. Whether she's serving as our front desk assistant or supporting moms as a doula, she has a gift for making people feel seen, valued, and encouraged.
