Now Hiring: Operations Administrator / Operations Coordination
📍 O’Fallon, MO | 🏢 Onsite | ⏰ Full-Time

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Operations Administrator / Operations Coordination to support our Project Management, Engineering, Production, and Executive teams.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys keeping teams organized and aligned, and takes pride in being the operational glue that keeps everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
*Coordinate submittals, samples, and project documentation
*Track, compile, and distribute KPI reports for leadership
*Support executive leadership with communications, follow-ups, and documentation
*Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and front-office communications
^Act as a key coordination hub across departments

What We’re Looking For:

*2+ years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience
*Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
*High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Experience in construction, manufacturing, or millwork is a plus
