Ladies of Oโ€™Fallon, have you ever left a repair shop feeling like your wallet just went through a breakup? ๐Ÿ’”
Some shops do take advantage. We said it.

But we also wrote the ultimate guide to protecting yourself, from digital inspections to our Womenโ€™s Automotive Empowerment Course led by our own NaTasha.

Nikki, our dealership trained service advisor, will never call you โ€œbabyโ€ or pink tax you (You know upcharge cause you are a female, EWW).

Click the link below to read our blog about this, because your car deserves a pro, not a predator. And we are the Professionals You Can Trust. ๐Ÿ”ง๐Ÿš—

Your brakes just failed. Again. And that mobile mechanic you paid in cash? He has pulled a vanishing act faster than your kids disappear when chores are mentioned. ๐Ÿช„๐Ÿ’จ

Before you invite a stranger with a socket set to destroy your driveway and your transmission, read our new blog. We cover everything from oil-stained concrete to bolts that were never tightened. Spoiler alert: your family deserves better than a guess from a guy working out of a beat up van.

Click the link for the full story. Then bring your car to people who actually have a building. And a warranty. And a conscience.

Your Nissan is whining louder than a teenager who lost their phone charger. ๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿš—
That rubber band feeling from a stoplight. That high pitched whine that makes you turn down the radio. Your Nissan CVT is trying to tell you something. Unfortunately, it's usually not "buy me a coffee."

Before you drop $$$$$ at a dealership, click the link below to read our latest blog. We break down why the some of the 2013-2016 Altimas, Rogues, and Sentras are ticking time bombs, why "lifetime fluid" is a lie, and how we can help you survive with a warranty you can actually use.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Read the full story here: https://hillsideautomotiverepair.com/blog/why-does-my-nissan-cvt-transmission-shudder-or-whine

And no, ignoring the noise won't make it a manual transmission. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Have you felt that shudder on your morning commute, or are you still counting the miles hoping it holds together? Drop your year and model below and let us know what your Nissan is doing.

Be honest. Have you been fighting your steering wheel like it owes you money. ๐ŸฅŠ

You think itโ€™s an alignment issue. You pay for the alignment. The machine says "perfect." So why does your car still wander across the lane like a lost puppy on Bryan Road?

Spoiler alert: Itโ€™s not the alignment. It's steering wheel play. Worn inner tie rods, loose rack bushings, or a sloppy U joint. That "dead zone" in your steering is actually a safety delay. At 60 mph, a loose steering wheel means youโ€™re a passenger until the car decides to turn.

At Hillside Auto Repair in O'Fallon, we actually inspect the parts that move, not just the angles. We use dealership tools, carry a 3 year/36k mile warranty, and we actually know how to fix the wander.

Stop playing tug of war with your own car. Click the link to read our full breakdown of what causes steering play and why "good alignment" doesn't mean "safe steering." ๐Ÿ‘‡

Question for the comments: On a scale of 1 to "white knuckle highway," how bad is your steering slop right now?
