It's always bittersweet to help a family sell their childhood home after the parents have passed and I was honored to be asked to help with the transition! 🏡

In February we met at the home to discuss the different options for getting the house market ready along with giving everyone in the family time to process the new chapter that was approaching.

In Mid-April things were moving along with contacting roofing companies, fixing a few things & removing the rest of the furniture while I got busy internally marketing the home to my office of 200 agents! The home was in PRISTINE condition in desirable Chesterfield & Parkway School District but needed some updating so finding the right buyer was key!🔑

An offer came in that gave the seller easy options to work with & a quick closing without needing to do anything else to the home! Sometimes an offer with the easiest transition is what works best for everyone.

Today was our Annual Easter Pie Giveaway! Every year we send out emails to our current & previous clients to offer them a free Mannino's Market pie in the flavor of their choice as a token of our appreciation. It’s one of our favorite days of the year!🐰🥧
