It's Monday market report time, and it's the beginning of the "ber" months. The kids are back to school, people are generally looking towards the holidays, and things in real estate are slowing down. But in the next 2 weeks, we are looking at a Fed meeting that could have huge implications for us. If the Fed decides to cut rates, we could see buyers entering a fall market to take advantage of the lower rates.
