The St. Charles County Police Department is conducting a sexual misconduct investigation.

Stuart R. Bridges (33) is under investigation by the SCCPD for exposing himself to females while in the area of Dardenne Greenway at Barathaven Park (Dardenne Prairie, MO). According to victims, Bridges was walking around the park wearing only boxer briefs. As Bridges approached the victims head-on, the victims stated they could see Bridges male genitalia exposed through the front of his boxer briefs.

When officers arrived at the park, a female victim pointed out Bridges who was walking on the far side of the park. Bridges was questioned about his behavior and taken into custody.

Bridges is currently charged with 3 counts of Sexual Misconduct 1st Degree & is being held in the SCC Department of Corrections on a $10,000 cash only bond.
