When you swing big… sometimes you miss.
I have done over 2,000 real estate investing deals
Own $40 million worth of real estate
We got a bad deal on our hands and we are working our way thru it
We have already paid off a few of the private lenders in the deal and are increasing occupancy
Hopefully we can sell in a couple years and break even on the sale price and what we owe
But we’ll see…
