Big shout out to Superior Outdoor for allowing me the opportunity to repair some frame fatigue on their Chevy 3500.
Started by scaling the area of repair, removed all deteriorated material, boxed in with 0.25” A36 60,000psi steel, double walled with plug welds throughout, finished with strengthening the front cab mount with new gussets , topped off with rubberized undercoat !
