Heat up a pan filled with small rocks, stretch a yeasted dough (fermented for only an hour), put it directly on the hot rocks (in this photo the rocks are covered until she is ready to bake one). In about two minutes you've got some delicious bread to tear into and dip into sauces. For a people on the move, this technique is perfect. Minimal equipment and setup time, super short dough preparation and quick bake time.
