What should you expect during a Reiki session?

That's a great question. I always tell folks, "Anything goes on the table." Everyone's experience is his or her own. Many people report a sense of warmth, tingling, calm, comfort, or peace. Others fall asleep or experience a soothing emotional release. Some feel like they are enveloped in love, sleep the best they have in months that evening, or wake up the next day with less pain. The list goes on.
