Design Services

Every project begins with a thoughtful consultation that allows us to translate your vision into a landscape that is as unique as you are. Our distinctive creations often include mature trees, sculpted hedges, and layered plantings that feel established from day one. Our in-house team of accredited Landscape Architects and Designers work in sync with our installation experts to deliver a seamless design/build experience defined by craftsmanship, precision, and enduring value.

PHASE 1: Consultation & Analysis

On-site consultation and architectural site analysis in Ann Arbor, Michigan to evaluate layout, grading, and landscape design opportunities.

At the initial meeting, our design team will ask questions to better understand your landscaping needs and guide our decisions throughout. Following that, the team will conduct a thorough site analysis to gather the data needed to create the best design for your space. This includes measuring the property, analyzing views within and outside the site, identifying the environmental conditions, and photographing the site

PHASE 2: Design & Budget

Our design team begins by creating a series of conceptual sketches tailored to your vision and budget. From there, we present a preliminary concept plan and a cost estimate. We also use digital renderings and 3D models to create immersive landscapes that allow you to picture yourself in the space before we break ground.
Once the design is approved, you’ll work with our designers to select hardscape materials, plants, and finishing details to make your project unique. If approvals or permits are needed, we can handle that. We’ll submit all necessary applications and
will attend any review meeting on your behalf.

PHASE 3: Installation & Completion

Directed by a dedicated project lead and seasoned project manager, our crew begins installing the landscape and bringing your vision to life. Once installation
is complete, we conduct a thorough review to ensure that every detail meets or exceeds your expectations. As added insurance, we offer an industry-leading, extended warranty program that ensures the lasting health and beauty of our landscapes long after installation is complete.
