Rack with parts is introduced to chain driven live roller, then conveyed to end of CDLR conveyor. A heavy duty linear guided air operated LTU lifts and transfers load racks to individual fixed height chain conveyors. The loaded racks are then introduced to robot zones where parts are taken off the racks.
