That’s why some experienced Realtors/Brokers, including myself, require a retainer fee for "SERVICES" — especially when a high level of time, expertise, and custom planning is involved. It’s a show of commitment — and a way to ensure both parties are invested in the process.

💡 Here’s how it works:

The retainer is credited back to you at closing — meaning if we seal the deal, you don’t lose a dime. However, if the transaction doesn’t go to closing, the retainer covers the time, energy, and resources we've already poured into the journey.

We completely understand that not everyone is in the position to pay a retainer — and that’s okay. But when you're serious, and you understand the value of knowledge and professional guidance, you put your money where your goals are.

Because in real estate — just like in life — you get what you pay for. So, the next time that a 5-star rated Realtor mentions their retainer fee, remember it's not personal its business and it's knowing how valuable our offerings are.
